Bonnaroo survived the storm and then some

Power outages, two rainstorms, and a whole lot of mud. None of it stopped the Farm from delivering the comeback weekend it needed.

It was not perfect. That is exactly why it mattered.

Bonnaroo 2026 had a Thursday power outage that forced Four Tet to MacGyver a set with barely any production. It had two rainstorms, one heavy enough on Sunday to make cancellation feel inevitable for a minute. It had mud everywhere.

And it had Skrillex, back on the Farm after twelve years, playing a triumphant Thursday set and then surprising everyone with a second set at the Other stage. It had Alabama Shakes delivering maybe the best vocal performance of the weekend on Saturday. It had Kesha's Superjam closing with Purple Rain, then Kesha's own set the next day turning survival into celebration. It had Weird Al at midnight. It had Noah Kahan closing Sunday with Stick Season while the whole farm sang every word, and Role Model playing one of the biggest sets of his life.

After 2025, the fans needed a full weekend, the artists needed their sets, and the festival needed to prove it could survive a hard year. It did all three. See you in 2027.
