Moe Train’s Tracks
On Stage · The live act

Before the interviews, there was the arena.

Five Wing Bowls at a sold out Wells Fargo Center: 22,000 people, 6 AM, the Friday before Super Bowl Sunday. That is where Moe Train learned to work a room, and he has been working every room since. Every frame on this page comes from his own archive, footage nobody else has.

The verdict from the man who built it
“The Greatest Showman Ever in Wing Bowl History.”

Angelo Cataldi · 94WIP Morning Show host, co-founder of Wing Bowl. The man who created the event and hosted it said that about Moe Train.

The green room is just a smaller arena

Working a stadium at sunrise teaches you what no media training ever will: how to read a crowd in seconds, and how to make the person in the very last row feel like the show is for them.

Moe Train brings all of it into the interview chair. It is why legends settle in, start joking around, and tell him the stories they skip everywhere else. The mic works because the man holding it has already held a building.

On stage it is the same story. With King B, Moe runs Team Excelsior, the act that dances onstage with Girl Talk in front of festival crowds. Five Wing Bowls, a national championship, and featured in the movie. The backstage interviews came after, and they carry the fingerprints of every one of those mornings.
