Staind just added 27 more dates to the Break The Cycle anniversary tour

Twenty-seven more cities, Seether and Hoobastank in tow, Hinder on almost every date. The Break The Cycle 25th Anniversary Tour is getting a second leg, and the first one sold out.

The first leg sold out, so Staind is doing what any smart band does. They just announced a second leg of the Break The Cycle 25th Anniversary Tour, 27 cities across North America, and they are not skimping on the support.

Seether and Hoobastank are riding along for the whole run, with Hinder jumping on for every date except the Cleveland finale. If you grew up on rock radio in 2001, this is basically your high school parking lot coming to life.

The run kicks off March 4 at SNHU Arena in Manchester, New Hampshire, then rolls through Pittsburgh, Tampa, Dallas, Denver, Seattle, and plenty more before wrapping April 16 at Rocket Arena in Cleveland. Twenty-seven cities of pure nostalgia.

Here is the part that gets me. Aaron Lewis met guitarist Mike Mushok at a Christmas party in 1993. Break The Cycle came out in 2001 on Flip Records, went seven times platinum, sold over seven million copies in the US, and spent three weeks at number one. This year they dropped the Break The Cycle 25th Anniversary Live re-release, and the band says annual streams hit one billion. Thirty-three years after that Christmas party, they are still selling out rooms.

The Spotify Reserved presale starts Wednesday, October 7 at 11 am ET, with artist and Citi presales at 1 pm the same day. General on-sale is Friday, October 9 at 10 am local time. Set an alarm. The first leg sold out, and this one will too.
