Some bands announce a tour. Scorpions announce a summer.

The German legends just rolled out the Love, Peace and Rock ’n’ Roll Tour for 2027, around three dozen shows across three continents, and they are bringing Sweden’s Europe along as very special guests. Yes, Europe is opening in Europe. I have read the routing three times and I smile every time.
It starts April 29 in Barcelona, runs through Madrid, Stuttgart, Dortmund, Munich, Prague, Vienna, Rotterdam, Oslo and Paris, and lands in the UK and Ireland with Dublin’s 3Arena on June 30, Glasgow on July 3, London’s O2 on July 6 and Manchester on July 9. Then it crosses the Atlantic: three Mexico shows, Guadalajara on August 27, Mexico City on August 30 and Monterrey on September 2, with a Las Vegas residency running September 9 to 25 after that.

Tickets for the UK shows go on sale Friday, November 6 at 10 am, and the band’s Rock Zone community members get first access Wednesday, November 4. Set the alarm either way.
Context, because context matters with this band: Scorpions formed in 1965. Nineteen sixty five. They have sold more than 120 million albums, and Wind of Change is the best selling single of all time by a German band. Most acts from 1965 are a tribute show and a merchandise table. These guys are booking three continents.
Rock you like a hurricane? At this point the hurricane is collecting a pension and still outworking everybody. See you in the summer.
