The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival runs February 25 to 28 across Miami Beach and the rest of Miami-Dade and Broward, with more than 100 events and a celebrity chef class that reads like a channel guide.
Guy Fieri hosts Tournament of Champions LIVE, with a performance by Rev Run on the bill. Rachael Ray hosts Burger Bash. Aaron Sanchez hosts Tacos & Tequila, and Marcus Samuelsson hosts Overtown EatUp!. Jet Tila and Aarti Sequeira host the Asian Night Market. Every one of those is a live hosting gig in front of a crowd, which is a different skill than cooking on a set, and it's the part I want to watch up close.
